WC 020 - Canadian Ice Wine Chocolates 130g (12 pieces)

Rene Rey Chocolates Ltd. is the first company in the world to manufacture Ice Wine Chocolates. Some manufacturers have tried to duplicate the name but were not able to make a real Ice Wine chocolate product. Our individually wrapped filled chocolates contain 66% Wine and Ice Wine content in the filling whereas other similar competing products contain only trace amounts of Wine and contain flavoring to achieve an Ice Wine taste. Our chocolates are semi-liquid, while other products are solid and without moisture.

We have spent several years on research and development in order to perfect the very technical process of manufacturing these very luxurious chocolates. Our greatest challenge was to prohibit the fermentation of the Wine as it remains active throughout the manufacturing process and also afterwards.



These chocolates can not be compared to the regular liquid filled chocolates, which contain distilled alcohol only. Wine is fermented and not distilled which continues to be an active living ingredient and can cause further fermentation if the process we us is not strictly followed.

WC 030 - Maple Wine Chocolates 130g (12 pieces)

Milk chocolate covers the delicious White wine and Pure Maple Syrup semi-liquid filling. Each piece is individually wrapped for freshness. The same delicate process is used to manufacture these fine chocolates as is used to manufacture our Ice Wine Chocolates. Many years of research and development were spent in development.
